Our team has been using monday.com for quite some time now.
Currently, everyone records their assigned tasks on various boards in monday.com. Is there a way to generate a report for a specific time period that compiles all the tasks with time tracking entries made by team members during that period?
The goal is to consolidate this into a comprehensive list for management to review the work status for the week.
@Tim.xu if an add-on is an option, you can do that with Analytics & Reports by Screenful.

Hi @Tim.xu ,
Advanced reporting board is now available for time trackers using Smart Timer and Team Tracking app which has the same look and feel as the native monday.com timer.
We had the same pain point with our service based business, detailed reporting is so important, so we got our dev to build a solution which we have now released to the monday.com marketplace.
We also built in the ability for the team to see LIVE who is recording time on what, this helps us to manage our remote team and re-delegate work as needed.
We have only recently launched so if there are any tweaks that would help it better suit your business feel free to add to the live chat and we will see if we can roll it out in the next update.
Hi @Tim.xu
For generating reports on tasks with time tracking entries for a specific period, the Time in Status app could be a great solution for you. It’s designed to help track how much time each item spends in each workflow status, making it easy to monitor the speed and efficiency of your process across all your agile projects directly on your monday.com board.
With Time in Status, you can create three main types of reports:
- Time in Status Report – View how long each item spends in every stage, perfect for spotting bottlenecks.
- Status Count Report – Track the frequency of items in each status to better understand workload distribution.
- Transition Count Report – Monitor how often items move through each stage, helping you keep tabs on progress.
Plus, the app includes several chart options to visualize your data—like pie charts, bar charts, and area charts—making it easier to track performance at a glance.
The integration is seamless on monday.com, so you’ll have your data displayed right on your board within seconds.
Give it a try on the monday marketplace, and see how it can support your agile workflows.
Hope this helps!
