We’re in the process of moving over to Monday for our task tracking. I need my partners to get emails when they get assigned a task but I only want ONE email a day to go out AND at a specific time. I.E., If I assigned “Bob” 13 tasks Bob gets ONE email at “5:00pm” saying, “Bob, take a look at these 13 tasks.” Email blindness is going to occur otherwise.

To cater this in monday.com you would require to create a separate board for partners. where all assignments of a day are reflected and and then a mail is sent to them daily at a certain time.
This can be better catered through an external tool like Make.com. In make you have Acid trigger which trigger once a day. They keep the information of all changes made through out the day and perform an action on all the changes simultaneously. You can store that information in a data store and then mail the partner.
This is most optimal solution for your scenario that I came up with.

That’s worth considering if it can be tweaked to allow notifications, unlimited, between certain hours. Similar to an “If This Then That” type of protocol.
