The Create items via Email automation currently only considers the To receiver email and completely ignores the CC field value. It would be great if the automation’s filter allowed for carbon copy CC header.
Business case: We want to create items for whenever a specific group or alias has been used, but it only works if the specific email or alias is in the To header.
