It would be amazing if we had the ability to add BCC and/or CC emails directly to recipes where we’re automating email notifications. This would allow us to more efficiently copy other parties on outgoing automated email communications, directly from Monday.
Is this a feature that can be made available?

Very interested in this feature being placed on the 2024 roadmap. We are using the email feature to notify our customers where their project is within our pipeline and our internal team needs to be cc’ed on these emails going out to the customer as well.
I’d be very interested in this feature also. It’s silly to have to set up multiple automation steps to send the same email to multiple people.

Check Out EasyMails where you can create mail template using drag and drop editor and add BCC and CC directly.
After that you can use that template in automation. So you don’t need to add that in every mail or don’t need to send multiple emails.
Hi Monday community, just bumping this thread and encouraging folks to vote for this feature! This seems like such a basic feature to be missing in email automations. Makes some of our potential workflows so limited because this is missing! As well as the ability to format emails using bold/italics/underline/etc. and the inability to attach files to these emails.
I’m really surprised there aren’t more votes for this feature. Monday integrates really well with Gmail for us but the fact that you can’t CC recipients is causing us a massive headache. We worked out how to attach files, though this could be simpler if one could attach them from the Files section, but the pressing issue is the ability to CC.
