I’ve encountered a frustrating obstacle. While utilizing Gmail automations/integrations, I send out automated emails with updates to customers. The issue arises when a customer has multiple recipients, and I want them all to receive the same email for better coordination. Currently, I’m limited to sending separate emails using “;”. The problem is that recipients, unaware they’re receiving the same email separately, start CC’ing each other, creating confusion and multiple emails. I’ve noticed there’s a BCC option, but it essentially leads to the same outcome. It would be immensely helpful to have the option to CC people under an email address to streamline communication. I work in transportation, and using Monday helps keep everyone informed. Can you assist with this?
