Inconsistent Behaviour of Mirrored Column

My co-worker is just finalizing our customization of our Monday CRM before we begin using it in earnest. We are attempting to duplicate a mirrored column for “deals,” mirroring the connected column in the Contacts board to the Company board. This is working, the values are populating, but for some reason in the Company board column some values are links and others are not. We cannot for the life of us figure out why or what distinguishes them. See attached images:

Is there some setting or flag we are missing? This seems like a bug.

Do you happen to have more than one deals board?

We do not, as far as I’m aware. We did rename the deals board to “Sales,” but no other modification. Here is a screenshot of our sidebar at this time:

Hm. I’d recommend putting in a ticket for that as I’m not sure
