I am an admin and a board owner already so I have all the permissions needed. And I created a Connected Board column for this board. But when I set up the separate Mirrored column, the column is blank. There is information in the original Board but it is not showing up in the connected Board.
Did you choose a column type to mirror in the mirrored column? Select settings and choose ‘Customize mirror column’

When I select the option to Customize the column, I am presented with a list of other existing columns to select from. I do not see any option to change the column type in this Board, as you suggest. I would have to return to the Board where the column originally was created to change the column type. But I have already selected the column that I want mirrored, and that column in its original board is the correct column type I want.
In the meantime, I am working with support to investigate the issue further.
