For some reason when I created a connection between my accounts and leads boards the information is not flowing from leads to a mirrored column in accounts but it is flowing from accounts to a mirrored column in Leads. How do I fix this?

It is possible that what you are seeing is because the connect columns were originally created as a one-way connection, though I cannot verify that without looking more closely into your account.
I would suggest contacting monday support, so that your issue is quickly resolved in case it is a bug.
