As an agency with many clients, it is a major pain point to schedule the team’s workload in Monday.com. There are too many limits to be able to do this with ease. We have a project board for each client (currently over 250), and about 20-30 internal boards. There’s a limit to the number of boards visible from the My Work load page and the team keep saying tasks are missing. We don’t understand the 50 board limit, but for agency model businesses, this can be nowhere near suffcient. We’ve already had to pay for an additional app for PMs to be able to schedule effectively, but now we’re finding team members can’t even see their own workloads from the My Work view, which seems ridiculous. Therefore, this is a request to have board limits significantly increased.
Also having this issue.
We are in product management and plan ahead by 2 years.
We heavily rely on My Work to show us what is due that day/week/2weeks.
We easily go over 1000 items and have items not touched for 4 months due to future planning. These new limitations are destroying our trust and faith in Monday.
Also to note if you go over 1000 items, it doesn’t always remove items that are furtherest away (date wise) quite often items disappear from my TODAY or OVERDUE list!
