Indicate that there are Attached Files with an Icon

It would be nice if we had an indicator for an attached file.

Ideas

  • Put an icon (1) (2) (3)… next to the word file in the menu in the Conversations pane.
  • Use the current icon in the item column to show attached files.

It would be great to have an easy indicator in the item or subitem that there is an attachment, like the indicator of the comments.
