when a file is attached to an item in the tabs, unless there are comments in the Update section, no one will know that there are files there specifically attached to an item/subitem. It would be helpful to have some kind of a sign that a file is attached to any item/subitem such as a red paperclip or something similar next to the name of the item/subitem.
