For the last two days preview in info boxes is not working…

Sorry you’re running into some issues with your infoboxes!
Transparently, we made a strategic decision last year to begin deprecating the infobox from our platform. Since we don’t want to completely eliminate any feature that our users know and use, we decided to leave the feature open so we won’t damage or interfere with any existing processes, but on new accounts, we are slowly removing this feature - because of this, we are not currently prioritising bugs specific to this feature and I apologise for the inconvenience here 
Can I ask that you test this in an incognito window? or if this issue is specific to one item, please try duplicating the item?
We do offer multiple solutions from within our Update Section that should be useful in most cases and I highly recommend checking it out if you haven’t already.
