I’m running a board which is shared with guests for an agency we’re working with. I want to integrate our campaign calendar with their Google calendar, but the Google Calendar integration only seems to be set up to share with my Google Calendar, because I would have to sign in to my Google account to integrate. Is there a way to integrate with an individual Google Calendar (ie theirs) which has been shared with me, rather than linking to the whole account?
Hi @DonnyGuitarWatson ,
you can use Make.com to solve this integration challenge
To integrate your campaign calendar with the agency’s Google Calendar, you can use Make’s Google Calendar module.

Hi, this is a little bit after the battle
…
I faced the same issue, make is nice but I think it’s not a good fit because it’s a bit technical to set up (especially the way to connect multiple calendars). I use https://syncthemcalendars.com for my needs (multiple customers) it’s effective
Hi, this is also possible using zzBots.
You can start by selecting a Bot Pack from our Bot Store and follow the instructions to finish setting up or ask for a Bot Expert by reaching out to us on our website.

Hey @DonnyGuitarWatson
In general, monday.com offers two types of integration for Google Calendar (one-way and two-way synchronization). When you opt for two-way synchronization, you can easily connect and share your Google Calendar with the client agency. Using this integration, you can create and send events, respond to campaign invitations, and receive emails when changes are made to the calendar.
If you want to know more about calendar sharing and synchronization, please reach out to our dedicated monday.com consultants. They can understand your integration needs and give clarity.
Hi @DonnyGuitarWatson ,
We recently launched the app Google Calendar Sync - monday.com App Marketplace, which allows you to choose any of your calendars instead of just being restricted to your primary calendar. So all the calendars which are shared with your email will be available to choose from. It should fit your use case perfectly.
Other Features
- Ability to select any calendar instead of default one
- Ability to create event on status column change
- Ability to configure realtime 1-way sync and 2-way sync as per need
- Ability to send invites to team members and guests from monday itself
