I would like to introduce Friday Billing. We are a software company that has built a billing system designed especially for project management and boards that integrate with Monday.
We wanted to share it with some early adopters via Zoom and get some feedback before we release it. Anyone that is part of our early adopter program will be part of the road map process and get the product free for life.
Friday Billing currently allows you to:
- Add a Payment Due column to your boards
- Payment due’s are automatically imported into Friday Billing, or amount of hours worked.
- From your Monday task items you can create multiple invoices for a board
- You can send a payment request where the users can click a link via e-mail or text and view the invoice with the work details associated with it.
- Pay on-line using major credit cards.
- You can also store credit cards and make payments directly with a credit card.
- Analytics to view your income over days, months, and years.
- Payout Report to view your daily payouts to your bank from paid invoices.
- All updates are sent back to Monday and associated with tasks when invoices are created or paid.
- View whats pending from open board items, invoiced and sent to the customer, along with what is paid. You can also have balances on a board and customer basis.
