Item creation when email received

Hello, i am trying to use the gmail integration that create an item when an email is received, but it doesn’t seems to work.
Is it just long to generate ? Is there another solution ?
And if it works, is it possible to add data to the item ?

You can check the activity of an integration by selecting the Activity button in the top right:


Then select integrations activity:


This should let you know if there is a failure occurring.

I assume you have your gmail setup and authorized within monday?

As for other options you could use Communihub. However there is no direct item creation integration, you would have to chain a few automations together to make it work (email received change status > on status change create item).
