Currently, when adding an item through an item form, you can select individuals in people columns, but you cannot select a Team. This limitation is unexpected, especially since Teams can be added to the same column directly from the board after the item is created.
For example, I have a meetings board where I want to assign a Team. The item form doesn’t allow this, so I either have to manually select each team member (which is time-consuming!) or leave the field blank (or assign myself if the field is required) and then go to the board afterward to add the Team manually.
This seems like a missing function and not a huge ask.

Streamline the item creation process by enabling the selection of Teams in people columns when using an item form. The goal is to avoid repetitive manual work, like adding team members one by one or editing the item after it’s created, by allowing improved functionality (team selection) at the time of item submission.
