Hi @mohit.gambhir - have you looked into Connect Board & Mirror columns? You can setup an automation that when an item is created on Board 1, it creates an item on Board 2 and is auto-connected (one-way or two-way). Then use mirroring to show the changes.
There are limitations to this approach with some native automations/integrations. If you do not want to use these functions, you would need to look into 3rd party apps to help you out (Vlookup Auto-Link is one of our favorites).
