Mirror Items from different Boards if Status change

Hello Monday Community :smiley:

I hope i get help here! =)
Is the following Automation possible?

We have 4 Boards with the same Groups and Colums
Board 1: Location A
Board 2: Location B
Board 3: Location C
Board 4: Location Orders A,B,C

An Item in Boards 1,2or3 get marked with the Status ā€œOrderā€
Now I want an automataion:

If an Item changes Status, in Board 1,2 or 3, to ā€œOrderā€ then the Item get mirrored in Board 4.
So that changes to that item in Board 4 applys to Board 1,2 or 3

Is that possible?

If Iā€™m understanding you request correctly, yes. I believe it is possible.

Here is the approach I would takeā€¦

First, on board 4 create a SINGLE column connecting to ALL boards 1, 2 & 3. Make sure to select the ā€œcreate a two-way connectionā€ box.

Second, delete most/all of the data columns on board 4, replacing them mirror columns, using the previously created connect boards column.

Finally, add this automation to boards 1, 2 & 3.
