Items and Groups in Client Journey

I want to know if there is a way to know how many days or hours an item is in an specific group.

We have our boards. In our boards we manage clients. Each item is a client. Then we have groups. Each group is an specific process. Like a client journey. So, we want to know how many days a client is in each stage or process in its client journey.

For example: 3 days in information collecting, 4 days in contract signing, 5 days in meeting with our team, 3 days in reviewing.

We have been doing this manually, but we would like to know if there is a way to automate, create a formula, add a widget on a dashboard to get this information.


You can set this up using custom automations and the time tracking column.

When a item moves to a group, start/stop time tracking. I would have a separate time tracking column for every group.

You will need to make a separate automations for every start and stop of the time tracking column this screenshot is just to give you an idea of what you can do.
