Currently, I use the standard lead template along with automation to move a lead to won or lost. When it is moved to the Won group of the board, I would like to manually add a value ($) and an external link. The problem is it seems like I need to add those columns to the whole board, not just to the Won (group). If this is truly the case, do you have a recommended alternative?

Yes, you should create both columns for the whole board to add those values. Then you can display in a dashboard only the information from the “Won” group if you need it.
