We like the ability to create follow-up events in Outlook for our sales team, but when a person leaves, we would like to change the owner of the events and have all of them added to the new ‘owners’ Outlook calendar.
We would also like to use the linkage to the owner column so that a manager can set the owner of an ‘opportunity’ to one of the sales team, then add a follow-up events to an item so that it gets added to the sales person’s calendar.
