We would like to be able to lock the headers within a board so as you scroll down through your groups you can still be able to filter, sort, change views, etc. without having to scroll back to the top. We have groups that have over 100 items in them and it makes it difficult to have to scroll to the top every time you want to filter.
@kwetzel Agreed. This was requested last year too but hasn’t received any attention from the Monday engineers yet.

I could really use this feature. When I have multiple boards that I am working on, I get a phone call and then have to remember which board I am working on… the ONLY way is to scroll all the way to the top to see and start again. PLEASE make the header be able to be locked in place like on an excell spreadsheet. SUPER helpful and time saving. I also use the search feature and wish I could just have that locked in place as well. The best thing I can find to help that is when I use the shortcut… CTRL + F it will take me to the top of the board to search for something. Grateful for that at least.

When I explained my problem to a co-worker they noticed that the Tab at the top of the Google or Edge, etc. does change to the board I am working on. At least there is that. I find that helpful and will use it until the feature is improved.
I agree that it would be nice to have the headers locked, or an easy button to “return to top” that stays visible regardless of how far down you scroll through items.
@Momof6 Thank you for the tip with the CTRL+F. That is a nice workaround.
