We are trying to develop some kind of multiple project management system, but none of the templates we have explored are providing us with our needs. I think we are getting analysis paralysis for what we can create.
I am finding that Monday can do things (as evidenced in their templates and apps) but when I see something I would like to incorporate, there is nothing to indicate how I can match those settings in a column.
I find it utterly inefficient to not be able to have different columns in different groups on a single project board. We do a variety of project types for a multitude of clients… and we can’t even get a basic template because of how little customization we are finding on Monday.com which probably stems from the analysis paralysis.
We are looking for an Obiwan to help us create something so that we could finally start using what we have.
