I had all my colmuns set up and connected. I uploaded my excell sheet and have now lost all my connections buttons and links. It also added extra columns. How do I revert it back to the board I had before the import??

I think there are two things happening here - without seeing screenshots though it’s hard to diagnose.
There are some limitations on the column types you can upload into, and you have to make sure that they are mapped correctly during the upload process, otherwise it will add it as a column at the end.
(also if you excel has empty columns with any sort of format they can get added as empty columns on your monday board)
