Anyone managing rental inventory on Monday? Tracking gear in/out and availability?
I do not manage rental inventory on Monday, but I check and there is a template for that. You can try it (+ => Board => Start with template => search for “Rental Property Spreadsheet”) to see if it meets/satisfy your needs. I have an inventory board I use to track our uniforms. I am sure there is a better way to do it but it’s at least a starting point. I use “The Monday Man” column magic and better math automations.
and I use the button to change the “taken amount”

We manage our equipment/gear inventory on monday. I work with a cabinet shop, so we need to track a lot of equipment and tooling locations and status. We actually developed an app called Q-ARGH which allows us to generate branded, custom labels with QR codes for all our equipment so the shop floor folks and maintenance/safety manager can interact directly with the assets using a mobile device or PC. You can use the DocExport PDF Generator app to create QR code labels for your items, which can then be printed and attached to shelves or rental items.
When scanned, the QR codes allow users to input the current stock count, automatically updating the numbers column on your monday board.
