Working on automating our meeting systems for Monday.com, but there are a few issues I’ve run into along the way:
Time Period Automation
Meetings, especially large ones (also may be a local culture thing) are chosen by the week number, and day of the week. For example, my board meetings are on the third Thursday of every month. There are a lot of similar situations like this in my company as well.
Generate Item XX days before this date every time period
A big part of being able to see your meetings is having them created before that date. You need to be able to tell people when you are available, and schedule other meetings. I wish there was a way to generate recurring meetings 30-90 days before the meeting actually takes place.
