We have a condition on a form that subsequently creates a new file column each time the form is completed and submitted. It would be amazing to have an automation that merges specific file columns so that a new file column isn’t created with each form. These forms are expected to be used hundreds of times which means hundreds of extra file columns added to the amin board!

One potential solution to this issue could be implementing an automation using a platform like Make.com. You can set up a trigger to detect when a form is completed and submitted, and then use an action to merge specific file columns into a single column.
