I am using a board as a ticketing system. I am looking to use the Outlook Integration to log incoming emails as Task updates automatically. There is an existing automation template that allows for update creation by matching with the address from a given column, but I have multiple tickets/tasks open for the same contact. Therefore I need to add a condition to also match by a unique ID in the subject line of the email. I am currently using the AutoID column to hold this unique ID.
There is currently no option to add an additional condition to the automation template with the Outlook Integration.
