We use automation to send Email trough outlook to specific users.
Example: When Item(ticket) is created, send Email with xxx and x to “THIS” email adres.
Now what is the annoying part is that the automation writes its own “update” on that specific item.
First i would expect this sort of “logging/notification” to be in the activity registration of the item. or maybe create a extra tab called Email notifications or such.
i would like to have the option to not have these updates posted by the automation in our items. or have them logged somewhere else like stated above in a notification log/tab.
please make this possible.
