Hi, hopefully someone can help.
I’m trying to create a call logging board within our Monday.com setup. I would like to mirror the call logging board to another board that holds all our contacts, but first I would like to filter that list that appears by the customer name we choose in another column.
So an example would be:
Customer column: set this to ABC Contracts
Contact column: when we go to select the contact we only find the contacts that belong to ABC Contracts
I can easily setup a mirror board to the contacts board, but it shows all contacts and it can be difficult to narrow down where each contact belongs to.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
