I have a board for my teams action items, but the phone number and email for the action item are mirror columns (from the contacts board).
Mirrored columns on the mobile App are not live!
This means the app does not allow direct dialing or emailing from the action item.
This means a team member has to either manually write down the phone number (it cannot even be copied with a copy function!) or go out of the actions board, into the contacts board on the mobile app, search for the contact and scroll to find the active link to the phone number or email. A long and tedious process to do on a mobile app. Crazy!
Please can you update the mobile Monday app so that phone and email mirror columns behave the same way they do on the browser boards - they are live links and you can activate a call or email with one click!
