Monday.com Answers: How to share your dashboard

Hey everyone! There are a few ways you can share your dashboard with account members as well as non-account members. Let’s check them out!

  1. To share with account members and guests, click on the blue “Share” button at the top right-hand corner, and click “Subscribers & Guests”, like this:

From here, you can add any team member, make anyone the owner of your dashboard, and even invite guests!

Remember, that in order to view data in a Private Dashboard, the person invited must be a member of all connected boards. Check out this article to learn more.

  1. You can also share your dashboard by clicking the blue “Share” button, and then clicking “Invite to this dashboard”. You’ll see a pop-up window allowing you to invite users by email or to copy the link to this dashboard to send to anyone within or external to your account!

Note: If the dashboard is private, anyone invited to view the dashboard, or who have been given the link to the dashboard must first be subscribed in order to view the dashboard.

Hi, @Kayla-monday.com - We have several clients who are interested in sharing a dashboard with their customers for high level reporting, but they do not want to share the full boards underneath. Is there anything planned to allow the sharing of a dashboard without giving access to the underlying board(s)?

Might want to mention that not only does the board need to be a public board, but the workspace does as well in order to share a dashboard with non-board members and guests
