Hi @djbeame @D_H80, the fact that the majority of emojis can not be added to group/column titles (such as the ones listed in Pedro’s post) is a known issue that our developers are aware of and while we do not have an ETA for the fix just yet, keep an eye out for it in the future! 
Furthermore, while it is currently possible for a select few emojis to be added to (and remain present on) group/column titles, such as 
, this is not by design.
