We have integrated Monday.com with Calendly so that when someone books an appointment on Calendly, the “appointment date” column in our board is automatically populated via Zapier. However, we want to set up an automation where, if an appointment is missed (indicated by selecting the “missed appointment” status), an email with a Calendly link is sent to the client and will auto update the “appointment date”. Is this possible? how can we do that?
We checked on Zapier but the action is very limited so we can’t do this automation.
