Definitely check out the academy that Anish linked. Also check out monday’s CRM articles. There’s not really a ‘checklist’ as each implementation is going to be different based on your use case.

Hi Desiree, thanks for your response. We actually don’t have a CRM in place so we’re moving from excel spreadsheets to Monday. I was under the impression that a Monday rep would implement the system, after you buy it, but I guess not. Did you implement that yourself?
