I know this is old, but I am interested! I’m new to monday.com and definitely trying to explore the best ways to use it for events!

Love this initiative, @LeanneM :raising_hands: - event pros using monday are my favorite people to learn from.

And just adding two personal tips on apps that might make your setup even smoother:

  • :three_o_clock: Time in Status for monday.com - helps track how long each task stays in each stage (perfect for spotting bottlenecks in event planning).
  • :memo: And if you’re getting client requests or updates over email, definitely check out Email to Tasks for monday.com - it automatically turns incoming emails into tasks, so no client message gets lost during event madness.

Would love to see your templates and how you manage the event lifecycle - always cool to see how other teams run things! :tada:

Hi Leanne, great question! Monday Website can actually work really well for event management once you set up the right automations. Things like auto-reminders, task dependencies, and customizable dashboards make it easier to stay on top of all the moving parts. I’ve also found that creating templates for recurring event types saves a ton of setup time.
