Monday service Beta displays only a few fields while viewing tickets

(At Virtenia, we are using monday service Beta to operate our product support. This thread and probably several others contain our feedback so far from testing the beta.)

By default, monday service Beta shows only a handful of fields when viewing ticket details. This can be adjusted with a few clicks:

It would be better if the default was to show approximately all of the field/columns in a board when bringing up the detail view. That would be closer to what users likely expect if they are shopping between various different service management / ticketing solutions. (It’s possible that some of the examples/templates for monday service already do this. I did not check each.)
