Can we have app on monday market place where customer can only do trial by contacting the vendor, due to nature of app customer can install the app but trial will only be helpful if vendor spend little time with customer to setup the things properly. Is this possible
Hi @Vivekcloudcache ,This can work. The vendor can list the app as paid and clearly mention on the app details page that customers can contact the vendor for a trial. The app can still be installed directly from the Marketplace, and the vendor can then enable or support the trial after helping with the setup.

You can allow users to install your app from the monday.com Marketplace, but require them to contact you to activate or properly use the trial. Many apps do this by limiting functionality until onboarding is completed or features are enabled by the vendor.
The key requirement is being transparent so users know setup with the vendor is needed to get value from the trial.
