I currently have a Pro subscription to monday.com work management with 20 users. One of the teams within the company want to move to monday dev so they can start using Agile. What would be the best way to do this without having to pay two separate subscriptions?
My monday.com account is quite old, so I am unable to add dev to my existing account myself. To test it, I have had to create a separate account which I would like to either merge into my current one.
I have requested a callback from the sales / support team on this twice now but haven’t heard anything. I would like to get this sorted ASAP as the company would like to launch Agile next month.

I believe it should be possible to move data from your current account to the new dev account, however will need to clarify with our internal team on any limitations that might exist
Please can someone from the monday.com team update me on this. My ticket number is #3317667. I last heard from @BiancaT 8 days ago and am getting a lot of pressure from my manager to get this resolved. We have been monday.com users for years so the lack of communication when we are trying to continue using your products and continue to give you more money is very disappointing.
I have the same situation, minus the inability to make the change within Monday. I want to be sure all my existing items in Monday Work Management will move to Dev AND I want clarity on Pro Dev Pricing pricing. Is the Pro Dev price for my # of sets that I see when clicking to upgrade “in addition to” our Work Management subscription cost or will it replace our Work management cost? Monday team please respond.
