Move Item if Due Date is changed

Hi

I would like to know how to move the item if the due date has been changed and status is something.

I have two groups in a Agenda Board
Working on it
This Week (All items that are due this week are discussed in our meeting). At times some items aren’t completed and we’ve to push the date ahead, and the status is working on it. In this case, I’d like the item to move to Working on it group, so it can come back again in This week when the date is due.

Anyone know a workaround?

What about creating a custom automation? Build your own custom automation. That way you can set multiple triggers (the due date change and the status) and use that to move the item to the “Working on it” group. I’m imagining something like this:
