I am looking to set up an automation but not sure if possible. I need to use the people column to trigger a move to a specific board, based on a specific person added. I need:
When Person 1 is added, move the item to Person 1 Board.
But at the moment I can only see how to trigger a move when ‘somebody’ is added, which could be anyone!

You can create and automation for the task you are describing like this :
Essentially you create an extra condition to check which person is getting assigned. For different people you would have to duplicate the automation and change the assignee.
