Move Items across Groups Failure

I am trying to move items between groups and I keep on getting this error below:

What might be the issue?

Have you had issues before? I’m thinking it might be an error. Are you the board owner? It could be board permissions locking it down, but I think it’s more likely a glitch

Hi Timothy, this is MK from Mindflows.
That error usually means there’s a mismatch between the item and the group you’re trying to move it to.

Here are a few quick things to check:

  • Make sure both groups have the same column types
  • Check if any automations or dependencies might be blocking the move
  • Try refreshing or logging out and back in

If it’s just one item causing the issue, the data in that item might be the problem.
