Need to give our support team "comment only" Access

Hello All,

We have a situation where our support team often works with our Dev team on complex requests. They work in a separate application for their support functions, and do not have user access to Monday.

We have run into an issue where we gave the support team view rights which is great for creating forms, but does not allow them to comment on the created task. The issue is, there needs to be some collaboration on the task between support and the Dev team but it is so limited it is difficult to justify the price to give them full licenses.

Has anyone thought of a clever way to combat this?
