Needing Sub Item to show up on the main form

I am using a subitem to carry contact information for potential customers, then to have the information automatically added to our main contact list with the automation centered around the check mark stating that it is complete. I want to be able to add this check mark box to the form, to make it easier for my sales staff to use the form.

Hey @AJ1! While you won’t be able to add a subitem Check Column to your form, you can add a regular item’s Check Column to the form.
