Is there any way to created nested dropdown columns?
example one: “Select All” that selects all entries in the drop down (and then deselect the entries in the group not needed).
example two: Nesting groups of dropdown entries with the possibility to select the whole group (and then deselect the entries in the group not needed).

That’s a cool idea. But currently there is no way to do exactly that.
One idea you might consider would be to prefix your labels similar to this:
Once that is done, you can type the prefix and you will only see those labels:
Further, if you hold down the control key while selecting the desired labels, you will be able to select multiple labels at a time.
