I work for a Non-Profit Organization. We have all of our clients who enter our building sign in at a computer on a form. when the form is submitted it populates their information on a table that we have access too. and puts them in a group for “waiting for assistance” it automatically notifies members of specific departments selected from the form when a client is there to see them by name. a pretty neat system. but sometimes we have clients that are hard to deal with, some with health/mental issues that makes them aggressive. We need to be able to list these clients so that when they come in it automatically picks them by name and notifies our management staff that they are here so we can be attentive, alert, and vigilant.
Automation should be something like, "when item is created and only if item name is X or X or X, then Notify this team. " Seams simple enough but for some reason it is not an available automation at this time.
