New SLA (Service Level Agreement) Tracking Feature in Time in Status

Status for monday.com

We’ve been hearing one question over and over again:
“Does Time in Status support SLA tracking?”
We’ve listened closely, and today, I’m excited to share that SLA (Service Level Agreement) monitoring is now officially part of the Time in Status app for monday.com!

This means you no longer have to guess whether your team is meeting deadlines or service commitments - now you can see it clearly, right inside your workflows.

Now, let’s talk about the key capabilities of SLA in Time in Status

Setting up your SLAs is straightforward. You simply head over to the SLA button inside the app, where you can create rules tailored to your team’s needs.

Imagine this: you pick a status like “Doing,” set a maximum allowed time - say 25 days - and choose a color to highlight when that time is exceeded. You can add multiple rules for the same status, for example, one for a warning at 25 days and another critical alert at 35 days. These colors will immediately show you the status of each work item in the grid.

You can also toggle these rules on or off, edit them easily, or delete if no longer needed. Plus, the timer respects your team’s working calendar, so only actual business hours count - making the tracking fair and accurate.

Analyze SLA Performance

All this SLA data doesn’t just sit there - it’s fully integrated into your Time in Status analytics. You can filter by SLA conditions, export detailed reports in multiple formats, or even schedule automated reports to be sent to your inbox.

This way, you get clear insights into what’s going well and where bottlenecks or delays happen - empowering you to take action fast.

How to Get Started

Getting started couldn’t be easier:
