No option to save board as template

Hi, I would like to save my board as template but I don’t see the option to save as a template when I go to the 3 dots on top right corner. My board is a main board and board permissions are set to “Edit Everything”.

I contacted monday.com’s support chat and was informed that saving boards as templates is unavailable on the basic plan. However, this contradicts what I read on all monday.com website/ discussions.

Can anyone please help me with this?

Hi! Those are the usual steps to make your board a template:

1. Select the “options” or three dots menu on the top right of your page (under your profile avatar).
2. Go to “more actions”.
3. Select " save as template".

If the option is not available, I would then make sure your board is a “Main” board or that you are the owner of the board and try those steps again!
