Notification sent when a certain hour or minute has passed after a status changed

I’m checking if there’s a feature to do this -
To receive a notification 30 minutes or 1 hour (by minutes or hour) after status changes to xxxx.

To give this amount of time because I want to wait till all related columns are filled (not just the status update but also some other text columns related). Some of our team members they use to fill out the text columns first, some prefers to update the status first. Giving a time range to activate the automation will allow all info is filled and included in the notification email.

Is there any way to make it happen ?
