Well same here we are waiting to use Monday.com email because we cannot have the pulse in BCC, just looks bad when client see this in CC. oh well maybe eventually we can try an other CRM company ?

Our team is also having to copy the from CC to BCC. The option to change the default to BCC would be very useful.
The only problem with the pulse being in the Bcc column, any reply will not go to the update.
ServiceNow uses an ID in the body of the email to direct replies to the proper item. Monday.com should utilize this as well. This would do away with the “suspicious” cc’d email and still keep conversations coordinated.
